Spicy Honey Butternut soup




  • Peel and cut gourd and potato in small dices and put in a saucepan

  • Diced onion and it to saucepan

  • Add olive oil and brown at over heat

  • Add water and salted herbs

  • Bring to boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for 35-40 minutes

  • Remove from heat

  • Put in the blender to mash

  • Add honey and cream/milk

  • Serve
