Buckweat Honey gingerbread cookie
Ingredients

3 cups all use flour

1 tablespoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar
-
3/4 cup Buckweat Honey from Annie & ses abeilles

1 egg
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients
-
In another bowl, cream the butter, egg and buckweat honey

Add dry ingredients and mix until homogeneity

Make a ball with dough, cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 1 hour

Preheat oven at 350'F
-
Roll off the dough and cut the cookies

Place on a cookies pan linned with parchment paper

Cook for 8-10 minutes

Allow to cool and decorate
