Buckweat Honey gingerbread cookie





  • Mix dry ingredients

  • In another bowl, cream the butter, egg and buckweat honey

  • Add dry ingredients and mix until homogeneity

  • Make a ball with dough, cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 1 hour

  • Preheat oven at 350'F

  • Roll off the dough and cut the cookies

  • Place on a cookies pan linned with parchment paper

  • Cook for 8-10 minutes

  • Allow to cool and decorate
